What data we process and why

Photos are re-encoded in your own browser before they are sent, which removes their metadata (including GPS location). We do not send advertising or newsletters. We do not make automated decisions about you: a member of the team reviews every valuation before calling you.
How long we keep it
For as long as your sale lasts and, if we do not end up working together, 12 months from the last contact. It is then blocked for the statutory periods and deleted. If a transaction goes ahead, the documents required by Spanish anti-money-laundering law (Law 10/2010) are kept for 10 years.
Who receives it
We do not pass your data on. If your home is outside Cádiz and Seville, you want to sell it and we suggest an agency in your area, we will only pass your data to it if you give us express permission at that point, after telling you which agency it is. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which processes it on our behalf under a data-processing agreement and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. What you send through the form waits, encrypted, at Cloudflare until our system collects it, usually within minutes, and is deleted from there at that moment; if for any reason it were not collected, it is deleted automatically after 30 days. Our management system runs on our own equipment in Spain. To prepare the report, our team uses artificial-intelligence tools (Anthropic, United States) only with the property data: address, features and photos. Your name, phone number and email are not passed to them: the report is prepared under a reference number. These tools make no decisions about you: a person reviews every valuation.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to valoraciones@acproperties.es or to Avenida Gonzalo Sánchez Fuentes, 5, 11140 Conil de la Frontera (Cádiz), or by calling +34 650 66 77 60. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
